Can I choose who does my laundry?
Yes. Browse provider profiles and their rates, or create a bid request and compare offers before selecting a provider.
Can I drop off instead of arranging pickup?
Yes, when the provider offers it. Individuals can accept drop-off at their home and laundry centers can accept it at their location. Pickup and delivery are also provider-selected options.
How does the 15% fee work?
LiquidJacket adds 15% to the provider's service subtotal, including selected add-ons and delivery. A $40 service has a $6 platform fee, for a $46 total before any future taxes or processing charges.
Can I use LiquidJacket from my phone?
The website and web app adapt to mobile browsers. Open the app to explore the same booking, bidding, and provider tools. Native App Store and Google Play apps are not available in this preview.
Can I book a real provider today?
This is an interactive prototype. Providers are illustrative; requests and profiles are saved only in your browser. No providers are contacted, no payments are collected, and data does not yet sync between devices or users.
