Do I need to own a laundromat?
No. The concept supports independent individuals and established laundry centers. Providers should evaluate local requirements and their ability to provide the offered services before a live launch.
Can I offer drop-off only?
Yes. Select drop-off only in Provider studio, or offer pickup and delivery as well. You set the delivery charge.
How do bids work?
Customers post estimated quantity, service method, date, care needs, and a target budget. Submit an all-inclusive service quote; the customer can compare offers and accept one. The 15% platform fee is added separately.
Is provider registration live?
Provider studio currently saves a demo profile in your browser. Live identity checks, accounts, customer messaging, payments, and dispatch are not connected yet.
